Two teams  went to Eaton Park last week to participate in a series of cricket games. The bad weather had other ideas though ,and we only managed to play one game, both of which were won. Unfortunately, the event was rescheduled on our sport's day so we couldn't go. A big thank you to both teams for their excellent commitment in  giving up their lunch hour to practice for this event.

Cup Finals
The local Mulbarton football teams have been very successful recently with winning their cup finals. Well done to under 8's for their victory, also under 9's  as well. I was very fortunate to watch the under 11's last Saturday in a  thrilling cup final which they beat Bungay, who had been undefeated for the past two seasons 4-0. A stunning hat-trick from Liam Ireland and a fourth belter of a goal from Jude George. Absolutely fantastic achievements from all of you, well done!

Year 2 pupils took part for the first time and were amazing. Elliot Dye came fourth and Amber Moore finished twelve out of nearly one hundred other pupils! All the pupils showed such great resilience and were a credit to the school. We are very pleased to have 7 runners go through to the County Final.
